About
Quiet Tides grew from a deep listening -
to the body
to inner rhythms
and to the quieter movements beneath everyday life.
For over two decades, I’ve been holding space for others through somatic awareness, yoga, visioning, meditation, Ayurveda and intuitive work. I work slowly and attentively, listening beneath words and creating space for what’s ready to unfold.
My work is also shaped by shamanic and nature-based practices that honour cycles, ritual and our relationship with the natural world.
While my background includes yoga, this is not a movement-based practice. Sessions are inward and relational, guided by presence rather than technique. The work is quiet and experiential, unfolding through listening rather than anything that needs to be solved.
My first offering within Quiet Tides is The Quiet Mirror; a gentle container for rest, listening and inner attunement. You may arrive with questions, longings or a sense of change. Through the process, what’s most needed often reveals itself naturally.
Whether you are moving through a difficult transition, feeling disconnected from yourself or just need quiet emotional support, this is a space for you to soften, be seen, and rest into change.
I guide you through life’s shifts with steady presence and care, blending practical structure with intuitive insight. My work supports you in rediscovering your truth and embracing life with greater balance, trust and ease.
If this way of working resonates, you’re welcome to explore the current Quiet Tides offering; The Quiet Mirror - a quiet space to slow down, listen and meet what is unfolding within you in its own time.
