Come home to yourself.
Private transformational journeys and immersive experiences for those ready to reconnect with their inner wisdom through embodied practice, deep presence and exploration of the deeper self.
With Pam Stacey - Founder of Quiet Tides | Somatic Guide for Embodied Transformation
There comes a time when information is no longer enough.
When what you’re seeking isn’t another technique or another answer, but a deeper way of experiencing yourself and your life.
Quiet Tides offers carefully held spaces where you can slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the quieter wisdom beneath the noise of everyday life - returning to what has always been true.
Three pathways, one invitation
-
A private six-week inner journey weaving Yoga Nidra, embodied awareness, reflective inquiry, intuitive guidance and Gene Keys contemplation.
For those who sense they are standing at the edge of a new chapter and feel called to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with themselves in a more honest and meaningful way.
Through a carefully held space for inner exploration, you are invited to meet what is ready to unfold.
-
Yoga Nidra in Nature
A weekly outdoor practice in Hackney Marshes combining Yoga Nidra, embodied awareness and the restorative presence of nature.
A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience deep rest, stillness and renewal.
This is for you if you feel called to:
step out of the pace of everyday life
reconnect with your body and inner quiet
receive the restorative medicine of nature
cultivate greater presence and wellbeing
-
Seasonal ceremonial gathering (in-person)
An in-person space for rest, creativity, reflection + reconnection.
Each gathering includes meditation, Yoga Nidra, reflection, shared nature mandala creation and embodied practice.
This is for you if you want:
deep rest and nervous system reset
a pause from the pace of life
shared ceremonial space with others
to work with inner intention for Self in community
Each Quiet Tides offering is rooted in the same intention; to create space for presence, self discovery and meaningful inner transformation.
Whether you are drawn to a private one-to-one journey, restorative practice in nature or seasonal moments of reflection and connection, each pathway offers an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with yourself.
