Individual & Group Sessions for Deep Rest, Nervous System Support + Lasting Change
You might have already tried to think your way through things. To understand, process, or work on yourself.
And still, something remains unresolved. This work begins somewhere different.
It’s not about fixing or improving who you are. It works with the nervous system and the deeper layers beneath thought - where what is already whole can begin to be felt again.
What often shifts here is not who you are, but the patterns that obscure your natural steadiness.
This work may support you to:
soften overwhelm and overthinking
move through emotional and life transitions, including perimenopause and menopause
improve sleep and energy
find more steadiness, clarity and inner space
navigate grief or loss
feel more steady, clear and connected to yourself
Gently transform what has been holding you back
I offer 4 pathways into the work. However at the centre of my practice is The Quiet Mirror - a private 1:1 space.
A 1:1 space for relational, somatic exploration and nervous system support.
The Quiet Mirror is a private space to meet what feels stuck - in relationships, purpose, emotional patterns, or your inner world - not as something to fix, but as something to meet more clearly.
Many of us try to work things out through the thinking mind - to understand, analyse, or make sense of what is happening internally.
While this can bring insight, it doesn’t always shift the deeper patterns that live in the body and nervous system.
In the Quiet Mirror we work differently.
We meet experience directly, as it is happening - through presence and embodiment- allowing what is held beneath thought to become visible and naturally reorganise.
It is particularly supportive when insight alone has not led to lasting change.
Alongside this, there are other ways to work with me - depending on where you are and what you’re needing.
Choose your space
-
A private, embodied 1:1 process for when something in you feels ready to be met more deeply.
This is for you if you feel stuck in overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or repeating relational or internal patterns, and sense that insight alone is no longer enough.
You’re not trying to fix yourself here — you’re ready to meet what is happening in a more direct, embodied way.
Across six weeks, we work gently and consistently with what is present in each session. Through presence, gently inquiry, and somatic awareness, patterns become clearer and begin to naturally reorganise.
Support is focused on grounding, clarity, and a more stable relationship with your internal experience.
This is a space for change that emerges through direct experience, rather than analysis or effort.
