The Quiet Moon
A new monthly gathering to pause, release + renew
Starting 2 May
The Quiet Moon
Monthly Circles in East London
Gentle ceremonial circles held around each full moon - including meditation, nature mandala creation and Yoga Nidra.
A place for deep rest, beauty and shared creativity - gatherings to pause, restore and seed an intention for what you are ready to release or welcome.
Gather with us in a gentle, heart-centered space, timed with the rhythm of the full moon. We begin with a heart–brain coherence meditation, settling the nervous system and opening a space of presence.
From this place of calm, you are invited to set a personal Sankalpa — a simple, positive intention for yourself — before contributing to a shared moon mandala, a collective artwork formed with natural materials. As each piece is placed, we offer a community Sankalpa, weaving our intentions together in rhythm and reflection.
The afternoon concludes with Yoga Nidra, a guided practice, lying in a circle around the mandala, allowing the body and mind to deeply rest while integrating the energy of the circle and the full moon.
A quiet, creative, and restorative gathering — nourishing both individual and collective rhythm.
All bookings are non-refundable, ensuring that each spot is held with care for all who join.
Come as you are and leave touched by the quiet magic of the circle.

Yoga Nidra + Sankalpa
Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Practised lying down, it invites the body into a state between waking and sleep, where tension can soften and the system can begin to reset.
In this deeply receptive state, a shared sankalpa is offered for the group. The sankalpa is a simple, gently held intention — not something to strive for or mentally repeat, but a quiet orientation point that the practice can work with beneath conscious effort.
Rather than focusing on change through doing, Yoga Nidra and sankalpa together invite change through allowing. You’re welcome to receive the intention in your own way, let it rest in the background, or simply remain with the experience of deep rest.
Many people find this combination supports a sense of calm, integration, and inner steadiness that continues beyond the session.
No experience is needed, and nothing is required of you.
You are invited simply to rest, listen, and be held by the practice.
About the Moon Mandala
The moon mandala is a quiet, creative practice of collective reflection. Inspired by the circular shape of the full moon, it is formed from natural materials — stones, leaves, flowers, or other objects — placed one by one by participants.
To guide the ceremony, part of the mandala will already be gently arranged when you arrive, offering a soft framework into which you can add your own pieces. Each contribution carries a personal Sankalpa, naturally weaving your intention into the shared circle.
In this way, the mandala becomes a living reflection of both the individual and the collective, echoing the rhythms of heart, community, and moon.
The practice invites:
Mindful presence — each placement is conscious and attentive
Connection — a sense of belonging within the shared circle
Reflection — seeing personal and collective intentions interlace
Integration — preparing the space for Yoga Nidra and deep rest
The finished mandala acts as a quiet visual anchor, holding the energy of the circle while participants lie around it in Yoga Nidra, allowing a gentle sense of harmony, rhythm, and shared intention to settle deeply.
All materials are provided.
