“Wow what a special way to beckon my own truth and trust it completely. To greet it and be playful in it’s stable presence. A wonderful session.”

- Bobbi Banks

“Thankyou so much for sharing your gifts, experience and frequency of voice. I loved meeting other beautiful souls - creating the mandala together was sublime. It was a magical afternoon and I’m still swimming in the soft, calming energy, in deep gratitude, with a readiness to embrace what’s next.”

- Fiona Holdsworth

“Thankyou so much, I really needed that self connection. Having some flowers to bring home is also wonderful as it keeps the connection to the mandala and what arose for me during the practice.”

- Kim Hardwick

Yoga Nidra + Sankalpa

Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Practised lying down, it invites the body into a state between waking and sleep, where tension can soften and the system can begin to reset.

In this receptive state, a shared sankalpa is offered for the group. This is a simple, gently held intention — something the practice can work with quietly, beneath conscious effort.

Rather than focusing on change through doing, Yoga Nidra and sankalpa together invite change through allowing. You’re welcome to receive the intention in your own way, let it rest in the background, or simply remain with the experience of deep rest.

Many people find this supports a sense of calm and inner steadiness that continues beyond the session.

No experience is needed, and nothing is required of you. You are invited simply to rest, listen, and be held by the practice.

This forms part of the wider Quiet Moon experience, gently supporting both personal reflection and a shared sense of presence within the group.

Moon Mandala

The moon mandala is a quiet, creative practice of collective reflection. Inspired by the circular shape of the full moon, it is formed from natural materials — shells, leaves, flowers and other simple elements— placed one by one by those present.

When you arrive, part of the mandala will be gently in place, offering a soft beginning that you’re welcome to add to in your own way. Each piece can carry a personal sankalpa, or simply be place with presence, becoming part of the wider circle.

In this way, the mandala becomes a living reflection of both the individual and the group, echoing the rhythm, connection, and the natural cycles of the moon.

The practice invites a sense of presence, gentle connection and reflection, as individual contributions come together within a shared space.

The finished mandala remains at the centre as you lie down for Yoga Nidra - a quiet visual anchor, holding the circle while the body rests and the mind softens.

All materials are provided. You’re simply invited to take part in whatever way feels natural to you.
