FAQs
Why choose Quiet Tides?
Quiet Tides supports meaningful transformation through intuitive guidance, yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom and grounded spiritual practice. It’s a space to realign with your truth, awaken creative flow and step into the next chapter of your life with clarity and ease.
Is it a type of therapy?
Quiet Tides is not a clinical therapy. It is a holistic, intuitive approach to personal growth and self-awareness, drawing on spiritual, shamanic, somatic and nature-based practices. It works on the energetic and soul level, rather than solely on the mental plane, which often allows transformation to happen more quickly than traditional therapy. Each session is designed to meet you where you are - helping you move through change with presence, insight and balance. Quiet Tides can stand alone as a gentle yet powerful path of inner work, or sit beautifully alongside therapy or counselling.

“Embodied” means present, felt and lived through the body - not just understood in the mind. For example, through “embodied reflection”, awareness moves from thought into feeling. You might be invited to pause, breathe, sense into the body and notice where a story lives within you. The body becomes a compass, showing what is ready to be seen, released or reclaimed.
