Each Quiet Mirror session is a held space to meet yourself in presence.
Across six sessions, we create a steady rhythm of reflection, insight and embodiment - allowing clarity to emerge naturally and life to begin aligning from the inside out.
The work is quiet and experiential, unfolding through listening, sensing and presence rather than solving anything with the thinking mind. You may notice clarity arising not just as thought, but as a felt sense in the body - a softening, a settling, a sense of rightness.

The container
This is a six-session journey held over 6 weeks
Sessions are 75-90 minutes, allowing space for depth, nervous-system safety and integration without overwhelm. This pacing supports embodied insight, gentle continuity and a natural sense of completion.
Here, transformation happens through presence rather than pressure.
