6 sessions / 6 weeks
A six-week private guided process of deep nervous system recalibration and embodied change
A structured, 1:1 somatic journey supporting emotional integration, nervous system regulation and embodied transformation through somatic practices like Yoga Nidra, breathwork and attuned guidance.
This is a process that supports change beyond insight - working gently with the nervous system and lived experience, rather than analysis alone.
When life feels like too much to hold alone
If you feel overwhelmed, emotionally full, stuck in overthinking, or like something inside you is asking for attention but feels just out of reach — this is a space to pause and begin meeting yourself differently.
This work is for the moments when
your mind feels busy, looping or hard to settle
you feel emotionally sensitive, reactive, or easily impacted
you are moving through life or body transition (including perimenopause or menopause) where old rhythms no longer feel familiar
there is fatigue, heaviness or mental fog
you are carrying more than you can easily process alone
you feel disconnected from yourself or inner steadiness
you are navigating difficulty, disconnection or change within a relationship
you are moving through grief, loss or transition
something in you is ready for change, but unclear how to meet it
The Quiet Mirror offers:
A steady, held space to meet what is happening beneath the surface - not to fix or analyse it, but to bring it into direct, embodied awareness.
This is not a talk-based programme.
It is an experiential process where attention returns to the body, allowing patterns to become clearer and begin to naturally reorganise over time.
How we work together
Across six weekly sessions, we work with present-moment experience in a responsive and attuned way.
This may include:
guided somatic awareness and inner sensing
breath-based nervous system regulation
Yoga Nidra and restorative practice
gentle emotional awareness and integration
intuitive reflection and supportive guidance
reflective dialogue used only to support embodied awareness
Each session is guided by what is most present in the moment, with emphasis on felt experience rather than analysis.
What begins to shift
Over time, people often begin to notice:
a calmer, more regulated nervous system
reduced emotional reactivity
improved sleep and steadier energy
clearer internal awareness and decision-making
greater capacity to pause before reacting
softening of long-held tension patterns
a deeper sense of grounding and presence
increased trust in their own inner experience
Why 6 weeks
Six weeks allows for continuity and integration, allowing experience to build and integrate gradually.
Change here is not immediate or forced - it unfolds through consistent, embodied contact over time.

A gentle entry point into the work. A space to meet, explore what’s present, and experience approach directly. There is no expectation to continue - only an opportunity to sense whether it feels right for you.
If you feel genuinely called to this work but finances are still a barrier, please feel free to reach out.
You don’t need to carry everything alone.
This is a space to meet yourself more directly - beneath the thinking, beneath the overwhelm and beneath the patterns that have held your attention.
The Quiet Mirror is that space.
